The hotel has beautiful historical decor.

Our stay was quite frustrating. First, we booked three rooms with queen beds, only to find out they had none available! To make matters worse, one of the rooms had no hot water, and the phone to call reception didn't work at all.

Staying in this converted convent was enchanting. The grand courtyard and friendly staff created a warm atmosphere, though the outdated room and minor maintenance issues marred the experience.

Loved the comfy king bed but noise from the street was annoying. Overall great stay.

Charming stay with great vibes

Wow, the atmosphere here is just amazing! The bed was super comfy and the linens were soft. Loved hanging out in the beautiful courtyard restaurant, but the chairs were pretty worn out. Also, it was a bummer that the elevator was broken, made climbing up to our room a bit of a workout. Still, a unique place to stay.

The public areas, like the dining space, are enchanting, especially with the pianist playing in the evenings. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Zocalo. The spacious rooms have a unique charm and high ceilings that make them feel grand. However, the room I stayed in had some issues. The shower leaked water everywhere, leading to a wet floor. The air conditioning was underwhelming, barely cooling the room. The noise from events at the hotel can be intrusive, especially late into the night. I found it quite difficult to get a good night’s sleep due to loud music from a wedding party we weren’t informed about. Service was a mixed bag. some staff were friendly and attentive while others seemed indifferent. Overall, it has so much potential but needs improvements in maintenance and noise management.

The room with a King Size Bed was nice, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the service left much to be desired, with staff lacking responsiveness and courtesy. Also, the ambiance was disrupted by noise from late-night activities within the central courtyard, affecting sleep quality. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the risotto, which was a highlight.
